The role of a Coordinator in the Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) is to build meaningful experiences that improve and accelerate the customers’ business goals and objectives as part of an SIC Engagement. This means facilitating the planning, preparation and execution of SIC Engagements, while following global standard processes and procedures. The Coordinator works closely with Strategists and Account Executives (AE) to coordinate the overall experience of SIC Engagements. This dynamic role is for someone interested and experienced in a career in marketing, program, sales events and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with Strategists on your team to ensure the success of every customer engagement at our Paris SIC
  • Build and scraftthe customer experience by gaining an understanding of the customers’ business objectives and AE goals for the SIC Engagement to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Clearly articulate the above objectives in meeting invites and inquiries
  • Manage all meeting logistics – including SIC experiences, room and speaker calendar scheduling, catering coordination, room readiness – to deliver engagement execution excellence
  • Manage an ecosystem of on-site logistics (such as office management, IT, porters, workplace services/real estate team, etc.)
  • Prepare, collect, and understand SIC Engagement surveys to gauge real-time feedback and improve the program
  • Support and lead programs and projects across the EMEA SIC teams driving continual growth of the SIC program
  • Build, maintain, and update Salesforce tools and dashboards to capture, measure and share our key metrics and KPIs

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and creation of flawless customer experiences
  • 3+ years of functional experience in sales meetings or executive briefings
  • Ideal candidate has customer-facing experience and/or event management experience
  • Flexibility and curiosity to adapt to changes driven by our customers’ expectations
  • Diplomacy
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to assess when critical issue is needed
  • Lateral problem solver who is teamwork oriented and enjoys working with a high level of collaboration
  • Collaboration across a variety of vendors and support models
  • Ability to deliver on expectations with a high degree of autonomy and creativity
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
  • French & English fluent (Italian or spanish could be a plus)
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce application, dashboards and reporting skills is a key differentiator
  • Strong logistical skills and the ability to work with executive and sales management, and other Salesforce organizations and stakeholders to ensure the success of the SIC Engagement
